I've had this convection oven for a though now and employed it for several forms of things. I wanted one thing that, simply because I cook for just myself fairly a bit, I could use for baking, broiling, and so forth, with out cranking up the big oven. The microwave is excellent, but it really is not the very best selection for plenty of factors. Anyway, this convection oven is fitting the bill really effectively.The unit is desirable and I get the size to be perfect. Not only does it go well on one particular of my kitchen counters, but the inside is a great size too. As they say, it will simply fit a 13x9" baking pan. It comes with a lightweight, nonstick pan that is about 9x10" that is incredibly handy. Do know, having said that, that it IS a lightweight pan and will warp up on diagonally opposite sides through baking. It does go back flat afterward, but it is noteworthy. Since this pan is, by far, not that integral portion of the unit I didn't find this to be a deal breaker. I have a lot of other pans to use. I have implemented the included pan a number of times and, aside from the temporary warping, it functions just fine.The outdoors of the unit will get sort of hot...hot sufficient that you do not want to put your hand on it, but not hot enough to bring about damage or even heat up the area even more than various inches from it. The most heat generated from making use of it at 425F for an hour or way more is that the outside bottom of the cabinet above will get warm.
